To create an account, visit the Loggworks’website and click on the "Log In" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.

1. Your personal details, which includes: full name, phone Number/email address, date of birth and your address

2. Your business information, which includes: business type (professional - for self employed individuals, and enterprise - for businesses with multiple employees), business name, business address, number of employees (for enterprise only)

3. Job category, which includes: service category, subcategory, service tag, price tag. Please note that the available service categories include cleaning, mobile mechanics, pet groomers, recovery services, removal services, tradesman and transport services.

4. After filling up this information, you can then decide on a subscription plan or start your 30 days free trial.

Loggworks offers two subscription plans.

1. Professional - This is for self employed individuals.

2. Enterprise - This is for businesses with multiple employees.

The enterprise has more features and is better suited for business with multiple employees.

The features in the professional plan include job management, quoting & invoicing, business profile page, wallet, omnichannel messaging, live chat, team collaboration, feedback management and integrations.

The features in the enterprise plan include all features listed in the professional plan, employee management, role management and access management.

Yes, there is a 30 days free trial period for both plans.

There are no limitations. The free trial gives you access to the full set of paid features for whichever plan you choose. No credit card is required.

You will receive a clear notification in the app during the trial period indicating how much time is left before your free trial ends, as well as one when the trial actually ends.

The professional plan costs £25 per month. The subscription can be purchased on a monthly basis or yearly. We are offering a 15% discount for the yearly plan.

The enterprise plan costs £35 per month. The subscription can be purchased on a monthly basis or yearly. We are offering a 15% discount for the yearly plan.

To set up your business profile on Loggworks, go to the Account section and click on the “Edit Profile" button located at the top right corner of the page.

The details that are required to fully set up your business profile and start attracting clients include address, service description, external links, gallery, service tags, price tags, questions and answers, verification status, reviews & ratings and social accounts.

This feature is only available on the enterprise plan. To add employees, scroll down on the homepage to the Employee List card and click on the “Manage Employee” button. Once on the employee management page, click on “Add Employee”.

You can assign employees the booking manager or job manager roles.

The roles available include admin (The owner of the business), booking manager (accepts or declines booking requests and assigns tasks to the job manager), and the job manager (in charge of making sure every task assigned to them is completed to the client’s satisfaction).
